When you interact with Recognie, we automatically collect your Discord User ID and Discord Guild/Server ID. We also collect information about the individual actions you take, including when you take them and the associated Discord Guild/Server ID and/or Discord Server's Channel ID.

We use the User Information collected by our bots to store progress, configuration and other data required for the functioning of our Discord Applications. We also use it to monitor for automation and abuse, and more generally to improve and optimize our Discord Applications.

We do not share your Personal Information with anyone.

We retain Personal Information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which we collected it.

When one of our Bots is removed from a Discord guild, we retain the guild ID and its associated data for 2 years.
